One Former Governor for Adamawa State, Murtala Nyako, don tell di Judge of the Bauchi Division of the Federal High Court, Justice M.G Umar, make ein return ein court case, wey ein take dey Challenge why dem comot am from office for July 2014, go Yola Division, so dem go fit give di Judgement wey don already dey ground, ontop the case.
Justice Bilikisu Aliyu, wey dey ontop  the case for Yola Division of the Court, bin don already finish di Hearing of the case for February 2, 2015, and con Postpone the case for judgment for the front of Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, wey con transfer di case go Bauchi.
